Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
At RGV Development Inc., your privacy matters. This policy outlines how we handle your information with care and transparency.
1. Introduction
RGV Development Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request a quote, or engage us for construction, remodeling, ADU, or related services, and how we use, store, and safeguard that information.
By using our website or services, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or submit your information.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with us, as well as technical data gathered automatically when you browse our website.
Information you provide directly: When you request a free estimate, schedule a consultation, or contact us through any form on this site, we may collect your full name, phone number, email address, property address, project type, budget range, and any details you share about the scope of work.
Automatically collected information: We may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits using cookies and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To respond to your inquiries, provide estimates and quotes, and deliver the construction or remodeling services you request. To schedule and conduct consultations, site visits, and feasibility assessments. To communicate with you about your project, including updates, scheduling, and permitting. To send administrative information such as appointment confirmations or service notices. To improve our website, services, and customer experience. To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for marketing purposes. We may share limited information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business, such as subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and permitting consultants — only to the extent necessary to complete your project.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or others. We may share non-personal, aggregated data for analytical or marketing purposes that cannot identify you individually.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. SMS Text Messaging & Consent
By providing your phone number and, where presented, by checking the applicable consent boxes on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from RGV Development Inc. We offer two separate, independent consents: (a) non-marketing text messages regarding estimates, appointments, project updates, scheduling, and service-related communications; and (b) marketing text messages regarding promotions, special offers, and service updates. Each consent is optional and unchecked by default, and you may submit our contact form and obtain services without opting in to text messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed; to receive messages again, you may opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at Oscar@rgvdevelopment.com or (323) 477-0343. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program. For additional terms, see our SMS Terms & Conditions.
8. SMS Opt-In Data & Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Project records and related documentation may be retained per California contractor record-keeping requirements.
10. Your Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.
Regardless of your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time frame.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
12. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed toward children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
